Meditation

Stress is the physical strain, mental or emotional that we feel when life takes most of our energy. It is part of our lives and we are all exposed. Adapting to a new country and start a new life can be very stressful.

Undertake difficult tasks such as looking for work or learning English is stressful, but stress can also result from activities that should be fun, like meeting people and making new friends. Nobody can escape stress.

However, you can learn to manage better enjoy life and reduce the risk of falling ill, physically or mentally. You may be able to continue operations have you had while in your home country, and that you loved. But you may need to find new ways to reduce your stress.
